Staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was brand-new, outstanding, accommodation had central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, that's useful. pleasant staff, overall fantastic, cozy rooms. excellent communication, early check-in. there was an exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. the breakfast was generous; i loved it. location was top, a 10-15 minute walking distance from chania town.
